Worship Ministry for Students

Worship Choir

Students interested in choir rehearse prior to the adults on Wednesday nights at 5:30 pm for 30 minutes in the Choir Room. No audition is required.

Orchestra

Students interested in the orchestra must contact Becky Foster our orchestra director and audition. The orchestra rehearses Wednesday nights at 7:30 pm in the Main Campus Worship Center.

Students in the 7th-12th grade have the opportunity to be members of the Woodmont Worship Choir & Orchestra. Woodmont is a multigenerational church that desires to see the generations leading in worship. Students have the opportunity to develop and use their God-given gifts in our worship gatherings as they lead in worship.

Here at Woodmont, we believe in raising up the next generation of worshipers. Our ministry begins with our three year olds and goes all the way though the sixth grade. We use the wonderful gift of music to teach about Jesus and the foundations of our faith.

WAFA offers private instruction in voice, piano, guitar, drums, violin and classes in art.

The Woodmont Worship Production team is comprised of people who serve for one purpose – to help facilitate the worship of God in our worship space on campus and online. This team provides audio, video (in house and online) and lighting support for weekly worship services and special events.

Livestream Video

On Sunday mornings and various church events, we livestream our services to our social media feeds, as well as record the services for our archives. An essential part of making this happen is our livestream videography team, who sets up the shots that you see on our livestream broadcasts.

Photography/Content

In 2025, an essential part of our church communication is through photography and other social media content. We always need people who are interesting in helping capture content for it to be used on on our website and social media feeds.

Livestream Audio

Do you have a background in, or willing to learn how to run audio for our livestream broadcasts?

ProPresenter

Each service relies on lyrics being shown on our screens to aid our congregation in worship and other graphics to help aid in Bible study and sermon notes. Running ProPresenter is an easy, yet very essential part of our production team.

Lighting

Do you have a background in running lights for live production events? Even if you don't, we can train you!

Post-Production

If you have a skill in photography editing, audio mixing, video editing, etc., we are always needing volunteers to help aid in this.
